Dimension labs' lens Sleeve Mounting Seat allows the lens sleeve to be installed in a free space device on a breadboard or platform. We offer a variety of mounting brackets to accommodate lens sleeves of different sizes.
Cylindrical Object V-shaped Frame
Characteristic: • The diameter range of cylindrical objects that can be clamped is Ø 0.3 inches (7.6 mm) - Ø 2.04 inches (51.8 mm); • Four M6 countersunk holes are used to secure the V-shaped bracket; • 6pcs M4 threaded holes can all be used to install DL-LJYB-29.3 pressure arms; Dimension labs' Cylindrical Object V-shaped Frame is used to clamp cylindrical objects of different diameters. The cylindrical object is fixed to the V-frame with nylon head threads on the pressure arm, and the nylon head threads are locked with a 2.0mm hex wrench. The 6 M4 threaded holes on the V-frame are used to install the pressure arm, and the 4 M6 countersunk holes at the bottom are used to secure the V-frame. The pressure arm is locked onto a Ø 6mm extension rod using a flexible mechanism with M4 cylindrical head screws. Before locking with a 2.0mm hex wrench, the height can be freely adjusted. There is a Ø 0.1 inch (Ø 2.5 mm) through-hole on the pressure arm connecting rod, which is used when the connecting rod requires greater torque locking. The distance from the mounting hole of the pressure arm connecting rod to the top screw mounting hole of the nylon head is 29.3mm.
