The optical guide rail is made of aluminum and has excellent parallelism and rigidity. These guide rails are very suitable for building long parallel optical paths, optical enclosures, or large load-bearing structures. The length of the guide rail can be customized.
66mm Four Sided Dovetail Optical Rails
Characteristic: • 66mm wide guide rail, four sided dovetail groove, capable of constructing multi-dimensional structures; • The center aperture of the guide rail is Ø 55.0mm; • Both end faces have M3 threaded holes on their four corners; Dimension labs' 66mm Four Sided Dovetail Optical Rails has dovetail shaped mounting surfaces on all four sides, which can be used to construct one-dimensional, two-dimensional, or three-dimensional structures. 66mm Optical Rail Slider
Characteristic: • Can be inserted or removed at any position along one side of the guide rail; • Before locking, it can slide along the side of the guide rail; • Connect to the end of the guide rail with M3 cap screws; • Equipped with multiple threaded mounting holes; The 66mm Optical Rail Slider of Dimension labs has six M6 and 11 M4 screw holes arranged tightly, with an M6 countersunk hole at the center of the array. By attaching the M3 locking screw installed on the side, it can be firmly fixed onto the 66mm four sided dovetail groove guide rail. The movable pressure arm provides sufficient clearance for removing the mounting table after loosening the locking screw, allowing the mounting table to be removed from any exposed side of the guide rail. The slider also has four countersunk holes at the four corners, which can be installed in conjunction with the four M3 threaded holes on both ends of the guide rail. In this direction, the pressure arm can be connected to another 66mm guide rail at a right angle. In addition, other optical mechanical components can also be connected to the end of the guide rail.
