Dimension labs offers a variety of cage plates for 60mm cage systems. The standard version is designed to install optical components with a diameter of 2 inches of different thicknesses. The SM2 threaded version is designed to connect a 2-inch lens sleeve with SM2 threaded optical components. For applications that require quick replacement of components, we offer quick disassembly cage plates and detachable segmented cage plates.
60mm cage system standard cage plate
characteristic: • DL-BZLB-60-12 has a thickness of 12mm and can accommodate Ø 2-inch optical components up to 0.35 inches (8.9 mm) thick; • DL-BZLB-60-18 has a thickness of 18mm and can accommodate Ø 2-inch optical components up to 0.5 inches (12.7 mm) thick; • Compatible with 60mm cage systems; • Equipped with standard SM2 (2.035 "-40) thread; • Install the connecting rod through the M4 threaded hole; Dimension labs' 60mm cage system standard cage plate is one of the most commonly used 60mm cage plates. It has SM2 (2.035 "-40) screw holes in the center, which can accommodate Ø 2-inch optical components. The optical components can be fixed in the cage plate using the two accompanying snap rings (with a light aperture of Ø 47.5mm). There are fixing screws on the side of each cage rod through-hole to fix the position of the cage plate in the cage system; It can be locked using a 1.5 mm hex wrench. For greater convenience, it also provides an M4 threaded hole for installing the connecting rod.
