Utilizing single-photon avalanche photodiodes (SPADs) operating in Geiger mode, these modules deliver ultra-high sensitivity across a broad spectral range from visible to near-infrared (400-1700nm). They achieve a peak detection efficiency of 60% at 650 nm, coupled with a dark count rate as low as 100 Hz, a maximum count rate of 20 MHz, and afterpulsing probability below 1%. The modules support both free-space and fiber-coupled inputs, featuring a compact design that allows for flexible installation and easy integration into diverse systems.
