Dimension labs' Square Piezoelectric Ceramic Chips are made by stacking multiple layers of piezoelectric ceramics and electrodes in a cross stacking process, resulting in higher resonance frequencies and sub millisecond response times. The outer sides are printed with silver electrodes, which lead out the internal electrodes. The sides without electrodes are all coated with ceramic insulation, providing better moisture resistance. Through precise grinding processes, the height tolerance of each chip can be controlled within ± 5 µ m.

Our square piezoelectric ceramic chip has a Curie temperature of up to 190 ° C, which allows it to operate normally at temperatures ranging from 0 to 80 ° C. These piezoelectric ceramic chips of different specifications can perform precise motion within the free stroke range after applying a positive bias voltage. When the chip is preloaded with the maximum displacement load, it can reach the maximum displacement. The actual value of the maximum displacement varies among different specifications, but the maximum displacement will always be greater than the free stroke displacement.

Our square piezoelectric chip has two driving voltage range options: 0-50 V and -20-150 V. When the application is very sensitive to voltage, please consider our chip with a maximum driving voltage of 50 V. For applications that are less sensitive to voltage, consider using 150 V piezoelectric chips as they have a longer lifespan.

For convenience, all of our specifications come with the option to weld 75mm wire (AWG32, PTFE insulated).

We can customize the size, voltage range, and coating of piezoelectric chips.
