The beamsplitter plate needs to be placed at an angle of 45°, and the reflective film is coated with the medium on one side and the reflection film on the other side, which can divide the incident light into two parts: transmitted light and reflected light. The dielectric part of the reflective film on the front surface of the spectrometer determines the spectral ratio, and the back surface is wedge-shaped or coated with a reflection enhancement film can be used to reduce ghosting and interference effects. Spectrosplitters are independent of the wavelength and polarization state of the incident light, while polarizing beamsplitters can be used to separate S-polarized and P-polarized light.
