The center of the lens sleeve of Dimension Labs coincides with the optical axis, making it very suitable for installing optical components such as lenses and optical filters. We offer Ø 1/2 inch, Ø 1 inch, Ø 30 mm, Ø 1.5 inch, Ø 2 inch, Ø 3 inch, and C-Mount lens sleeves. In addition, the lens sleeve is compatible with SM threaded optical mounting sockets and cage systems.
Straight tube lens sleeve
characteristic: • SM05 (0.535 "-40)/SM1 (1.035" -40)/SM2 (2.035 "-40) internal thread penetration, both ends can be installed with optical components; • Can install optical components of Ø 0.5 inches (12.7mm)/Ø 1.0 inches (25.4mm)/Ø 2.0 inches (50.8mm); • Can install two components with the same specification of external threads; The center hole of Dimension labs' straight tube lens sleeve is threaded through SM05 (0.535 "-40)/SM1 (1.035" -40)/SM2 (2.035 "-40). So the optical components installed inside can be operated from either end. It is also possible to install components with the same specification of external threads on both ends simultaneously.
Stacked lens sleeve
characteristic: • Adding a 3.0mm external thread to the stacked design makes it more convenient to build a multi-element optical system; • Can install optical components of Ø 0.5 inches (12.7mm)/Ø 1 inch (25.4mm)/Ø 2 inches (50.8mm); • Compatible with 16mm/30mm/60mm cage systems; Dimension labs' stacked lens sleeve adopts a stacked design, with a 3mm long external thread that allows it to be directly connected to any internal thread of the same specification, making it more convenient to build complex multi optical systems.

特性： • 方便操作、调整光学元件的相对位置； • 可旋转外壳用于保护光学元件； • 带有3.0mm外螺纹的层叠式设计更加方便搭建多元光学系统； • 中心孔全螺纹贯通； • 多种螺纹规格和长度可选； Dimension-labs的带槽式透镜套筒侧面有两个开窗，是为了便于方便快捷的调整安装在内部的光学元件，可以在无需拆卸的情况下调节光学元件之间的相对位置。安装时利用附带的卡环将光学元件插入透镜套管并锁定就位。只需将第一个卡环旋到所需的深度，放入光学元件，然后再用第二个卡环固定即可。从侧面开口可以手动调整光学元件，不需使用卡环扳手。透镜套筒带有可旋转的外壳，装在透镜套筒开槽上，在安装好光学元件后可将开槽盖上，可防止杂散光进入系统，也能防止灰尘和污染。
Spacer lens sleeve
characteristic: • Used for spacing and connecting two lens sleeves; • The middle is a through-hole with external threads on both ends; • Multiple lengths are available and customized lengths are accepted; Dimension labs' spaced lens sleeves are used to connect two lens sleeves at a fixed distance. The intermediate part of the spacer lens sleeve has a through-hole without threads, Both ends have external threads and a length of 3.0 mm. The sleeve length can be customized.
