概述

Dimension Labs offers a range of 95mm full-plan metallurgical objectives that are corrected for field curvature and ensure a flat field of view after passing through the objective. The edges of the image are also sharp, and there is no need to adjust the focal length again, improving the image quality at the edges of the field of view, and the parfocal distance is 95mm. Its magnification ranges from 2X to 100X, making it a powerful tool for metallographic microscopy.

This series of objectives has a large numerical aperture, an ultra-long working distance, and a larger sample handling space. The transmittance curve covers the wavelength bands of 355mm-532nm, 400nm-700nm and 400nm-1064nm, and the three wavelength ranges can be arbitrarily selected, and the objective lens covering 400nm-1064nm can be used in both visible and near-infrared bands, and the threaded interface is M26×0.706. The lens adopts multi-layer coating of all-optical lens, a large number of crystal materials, high light transmittance, and clearer imaging.
